Watchmen Community Garden
Join the Watchmen Community Garden with 5000 square feet of the gardening area on the vacant land right off Hickman Rd and about 27th street 2714 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50310. 515-988-0716
We worked hard to build our first garden and hoping this will be a new attraction and bring great value to our community.
The purpose of the Watchmen Community Garden in Des Moines is to produce more food for the Watchmen Food Pantry, show and share growing methods, introduce plants from different ethnicities.
In time, Watchmen is hoping to guide our community on how to grow their own food. We love you to join us, and together we can grow so much healthier and fresh produce.
Join our mission of growing fresh produce, take home, and share with others.
